Administrator Module

Dashboard Enhancements – buttons added


The following buttons were added to Dashboard:



Numeric Optional Fields extended


Numeric Optional fields have been extended throughout the system to allow for 13 decimal places before the comma and 9 after.

 

Structure Profile - Posting Level Formatting


This enhancement allows the admin user to apply formatting to the posting level accounts in Structure Profiles.

When the user adds or edits a new Structure profile, then on the ‘Rows’ tab, if a Summary Account has posting accounts assigned directly to it, the option for Posting Account will display:



The settings will be applied to all Posting Accounts within the same parent account.

The blank row below will be places after the LAST posting account only – see the end result on Client:



Financial Budgeting


Statistical Accounts in Project Budget Type


Statistical Type accounts can now be setup for Project type accounts. The Statistical account will then be available for the project budget type setup.




Activity Sub Tabs


This enhancement will allow the admin user to split the main Activity screen into multiple sub tabs, and decide which Activity Budget Type Labels (and connected Activities) to display on each of the sub tabs.




Imports Added - Activity Sub Tabs


The following 2 imports were added for Activity Sub Tab setup:

-          Sub Tab

-          Sub Tab Budget Type Label Access

Property Management - Parameters Update



The users are now able to add and edit Property Management setup on Admin.

Client Module



Dashboard Ratio Drill Through


If a Ratio is linked to only one account – the use can now drill down to that account selecting the hyperlink on the Ratio description.

Ratios linked to more than one account will not be hyperlinked.



Drilling down on a Ratio – the linked account will be highlighted:

  Administrator Module Financial Budgeting Module Dashboard – New ‘Member Account & Component Recon’ Widget A new dashboard widget has been added to provide a reconciliation between the Member component values and the values rolled up to the budget at cost centre and account level. The toggle button is available for the Tabular View   The filter option  is available to filter by account or component values: Layout Profile - Ratio Display Switch The ‘Enable Ratio Display’ switch allows for the admin user to choose whether or not ratios should be displayed in each layout profile column. The switch has been added to “Default Attributes” screen, Dimension and other Layout Profile columns, except Variance Formula and Optional fields. Important Notice: Microsoft is ending support for MS SQL 2014 in July 2024.

  As we are sure you are already aware, as of July 9, 2024, Microsoft will officially end support for MS SQL 2014   Why must we upgrade to a later version of MS SQL? End of support means regular security updates will no longer be provided. With cyberattacks becoming more sophisticated and frequent, running applications and data on unsupported versions can create significant security and compliance risks. What does this mean in terms of our investment in IDU? In the future, customers running SQL 2014 or earlier may not have access to new releases of IDU, including new features and functionality released in the system. We would therefore highly recommend that customers upgrade to the most current versions for better performance, efficiency, and regular security updates.
