When selecting “Show System Views”

– the Charts tab is available now:
The Admin user can now customise the default column attribute settings, and apply these default values to new and existing layout profile columns.
“Reporting Currency 1-5” selections have been removed from the Main > Company screen.
Status column added to Ratios listing screen
On the “Attribute” tab - this functionality can be applied to Financial Budgeting and Reporting modules:
On the “User” tab applicable users can be linked. A default role can be setup per user:

The Global Parameters Widget now has an option for posting Summary Views and the Module groupings.
Charts tab has been added to client’s dashboard.

On Summary views - if a Cost Centre and an Account Structure/s were linked on Admin – they will be highlighted with a
lime green
separator on the dropdown boxes on Client:

A
ratio can now be hidden from the Dashboard if the “Hide from Dashboard” switch is
selected for that ratio under Profiles
> Ratios.
Layout Profile - Default Column AttributesThe Admin user can now customise the default column attribute settings, and apply these default values to new and existing layout profile columns.
The “Default
Attributes” tab has been added to Layout Profile listing page - the settings
will apply to all fiscal sets and should be selected per a layout profile
column.
Layout Profile – Predefined Profiles
Predefined generic layout profiles have been added to the system. This allows for basic layout profiles to be created quickly and easily, whih is particularly useful in the initial build phase.
Three predefined profiles are available for Financial Budgeting module, two for Financial Reporting and one for each other module.
Financial Budgeting and Reporting
Reporting Currencies - Unlimited Enhancement
Any number of Reporting Currencies can now
be added under Main > Currency >
Currency screen by selecting the “Reporting Currency” switch (previous
maximum was five).
“Reporting Currency 1-5” selections have been removed from the Main > Company screen.
Layout Profile - Structure Profile Ratios
This enhancement will allow Ratios to be
displayed on screen in Client when a Layout Profile with a Structure Profile is
selected – this is applicable to both Financial Budgeting and Reporting.
Going to Profiles > Layout
Profile > Structure Profile > Rows tab and selecting the “Blank Row Below” checkbox, will result in
the Ratio selection now being available (as setup under Profiles > Ratios).
After selecting the ratio – the formatting can be applied to it
(including the “Blank row below”). When not selecting a ratio – the normal
“Blank row below” formatting will be applied.
Only Active Ratios linked to the selected Account Structure will be
available for selection.

Cost Centre and Account Structure LInks
The "Assign Cost Centre/Account Structure" tab was added to the Cost Centre/Account Structures. This allows the Administrator to highlight the link between the relevant Account and Cost Centre Structures.
Cross Function Access – Standard, Fixed, Itemised and Capex budget
types
The ability to create user
security roles has been added in Admin under Security
> Cross Function.On the “Attribute” tab - this functionality can be applied to Financial Budgeting and Reporting modules:
On the “Account” and “Cost
Centre” tabs the accessible Cost Centres and Accounts can be linked to each
role.
Currently only Standard, Fixed, Itemised and Capex budget
type accounts are available for selection:
On the “User” tab applicable users can be linked. A default role can be setup per user:

User Activity Log Report
The Reports > Security > User Activity
report has been extended to display the user logs for to up to 12 months.

from the “Logged in Date/Month” selector:

can now be setup per company. Only 5 were allowed before.

Cross Function Access – Standard, Fixed, Itemised and Capex
Selecting the Cross Function dropdown will provide filtered access to all cost centre and account combinations which have been linked to the role security.
Currently this functionality is only
available for Standard, Fixed, Itemised
and Capex budget type accounts - for Financial Budgeting and Reporting
modules:
