Revenue Budgeting
Centralised Exchange Rate - Revenue
Under Main > Currency > Exchange Rate, Admin users can now indicate which currencies are applicable to the Revenue Budget Type by selecting the switch.



Only the currencies with “Revenue” switch selected under Main > Currency > Exchange Rate will be displayed on the following pages:
Revenue > Product > Attributes,
Revenue > Customer > Attributes.
If a customer has a different customer currency - on the Revenue > Customer > Product screen Company Currency and Customer Currency will display.




Excel Reporting Added to the Revenue Module
Excel Reporting functionality has been added to Revenue Budgeting and Reporting modules:

Supporting Documents
Supporting documents functionality has now been added to Asset Reporting module as well.

Financial Budgeting
Cross Function Access – Allocation and Remuneration
Selecting the Cross Function dropdown will provide filtered access to all cost centre and account combinations which have been linked to the Cross Function security.
It has been added for Allocation and Remuneration budget type accounts as well.

Excel Reporting functionality has been added to Revenue Budgeting and Reporting modules:

Asset Supporting Documents
Selecting Asset Info button, the users can now upload the supporting documents to posting and summary assets and Cost centres - if the access is granted.

  Administrator Module Financial Budgeting Module Dashboard – New ‘Member Account & Component Recon’ Widget A new dashboard widget has been added to provide a reconciliation between the Member component values and the values rolled up to the budget at cost centre and account level. The toggle button is available for the Tabular View   The filter option  is available to filter by account or component values: Layout Profile - Ratio Display Switch The ‘Enable Ratio Display’ switch allows for the admin user to choose whether or not ratios should be displayed in each layout profile column. The switch has been added to “Default Attributes” screen, Dimension and other Layout Profile columns, except Variance Formula and Optional fields. Important Notice: Microsoft is ending support for MS SQL 2014 in July 2024.

  As we are sure you are already aware, as of July 9, 2024, Microsoft will officially end support for MS SQL 2014   Why must we upgrade to a later version of MS SQL? End of support means regular security updates will no longer be provided. With cyberattacks becoming more sophisticated and frequent, running applications and data on unsupported versions can create significant security and compliance risks. What does this mean in terms of our investment in IDU? In the future, customers running SQL 2014 or earlier may not have access to new releases of IDU, including new features and functionality released in the system. We would therefore highly recommend that customers upgrade to the most current versions for better performance, efficiency, and regular security updates.
