Pie and Donut Charts
If “Layout Profile Data” was selected as Source under Chart
Parameters - the additional “Pie Chart” and “Doughnut Chart” types will become
available under the Configuration Options:
Hovering over the chart section – the section value will display.
Cost Centre Structure and Cost Centre selections has been
added when selecting “Summary” view and “Cost Centre” Structure Type on Chart
Parameters for Financial Budgeting and Financial Reporting modules.
Customer Structure and Customer selections has been added when selecting “Summary” view and “Customer” Structure Type on Chart Parameters for Sales Planning and Reporting modules.
New Widgets
Selecting “Add Dashboard Widget”, then following options are now available: IDU news, IDU Feature Focus, Notice Board and Training Videos widgets:
Financial Budgeting Module
Layout profile - Dimension Columns
Dimension column type allows the admin user to create their
own view of the IDU data stored in the database, by defining the various
dimensions of the view.
For example, columns displaying the actual data for up to 10
previous years can now be added.
A new button ADD DIMENSION has
been added to Financial Budgeting and Financial Reporting modules Layout
profile Main tab.
Selecting the ADD DIMENSION button the user is taken to Dimension screen.
Selecting the 'View all Dimension Columns' checkbox - all Dimension columns across different Layout Profiles in the Financial Budgeting (or Financial Reporting) module will be displayed (whether "Applied" to the selected Layout Profile or not).
When ‘Budget/ Forecast Comparative’ or ‘Budget/ Forecast
Comparative Adjustment’ is selected from the ‘Data Set’ dropdown box, ‘Data Set
Number’ can be selected as “1-5” to represent the Budget/Forecast Comparatives
1 to 5 for the selected Fiscal Set/ Reporting Period.
The ‘Data Set Range Number’ represents the number of a half
year, quarter, period or an optional fields as selected in ‘Data Set Range’
dropdown.
Asset Reporting Module
Asset Verification - Set ‘Next Verification Date’
Assets can now be flagged for verification outside of the
usual verification frequency e.g., at the start of the new year, regardless of
when the asset was last verified.
New “Global Verification Date” menu item has been added
under Asset module that allows to setup a ‘Next Verification Date’ at a Company
level.
Any future date can be selected on the date picker.
The admin user may also change the ‘Next Verification Date’ manually to a different date as required at the Class or Posting Asset level.
Asset import has been amended to include the new column for the “Next Verify Date”:

Client Import and Export for Customer Product Component has been added to Sales Planning module:
Asset Reporting Module
Asset Verification - Set ‘Next Verification Date’
Assets can now be flagged for verification outside of the usual verification frequency e.g., at the start of the new year, regardless of when the asset was last verified.
If ‘Exclude from Verification’ switch is unticked, and if
the logged in user has security switch ‘C - Allow change to asset details’
ticked, then the ‘Next Verification Date’ date picker will be enabled and the
user will be able to select a different date if required on Asset Maintenance
page.
When the current date matches the Asset’s ‘Next Verification Date’ (seen above), then the ‘Verify Asset’ workflow will be displayed against the Asset, until the Asset is verified:
